FP&A Manager at Omni

The Role

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to oversee the quantitative core of our finance function. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you will:

• Own Omni’s company financial model end-to-end, including maintaining the 5-year model, conducting scenario analyses, and developing new components as the business evolves.
• Lead the core monthly and quarterly FP&A cycle, including variance analysis, actuals-vs-budget reporting, and quarterly forecasting across the company. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure seamless data flow into FP&A models.
• Direct the annual budget process, working with department leaders to build departmental budgets, consolidating them into a company-wide budget aligned with the financial model, and managing budget governance throughout the year.
• Manage the commission model and monthly payout calculations, partnering with Sales and RevOps leadership to maintain accuracy as compensation plans evolve and the sales team grows.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions, such as pricing, hiring plans, and investment cases, based on leadership requests.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling, including the ability to build financial models from scratch.
• Deep expertise in SaaS business models and core SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
• Experience running FP&A workflows, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and forecasting.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment where scope and responsibilities evolve rapidly.
• Prior experience at a scaling startup.
