Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the online retail sector, resolving inquiries with a premium service mindset.
• Manage order processing, tracking, and returns for Zalando shoppers with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide expert fashion and sizing advice to enhance the online shopping experience for Finnish-speaking clientele.
• Handle complaints or delivery issues promptly to uphold high brand standards in the retail industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between warehouse logistics and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports on customer interactions to support continuous improvement of retail operations.
• Stay updated on seasonal fashion trends and promotional events to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the European Union.
• Proven experience in customer service or the retail industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude suitable for remote or office-based work environments in Greece.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to assist retail shoppers efficiently.
