Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Finnish-speaking clients in the Customer Support Services sector.
• Provide expert technical assistance to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Drive sales growth by identifying client needs and proposing tailored digital solutions.
• Manage professional communication with customers across phone, email, and live chat platforms.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English for collaboration within an international team.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services, technical roles, or digital sales.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
