Want to know if you're a match for this job?
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join us on a six-month contract, covering a parental leave on our marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll take our field events calendar and make it happen, from the first venue hold to the final follow-up email that turns a conversation into a meeting.
You'll own Limble-hosted events end to end โ Maintenance Hero Roadshows, ABM dinners, and ancillary events built around major industry tradeshows โ plus the partner-hosted events we support alongside our Partner Marketing and Partnerships teams. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with Sales to fill rooms, set meetings, and make sure every event turns into pipeline.
The events calendar and annual strategy are already set. What we need is someone who can run it flawlessly.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own Limble-hosted events end to end โ Maintenance Hero Roadshows, ABM dinners, and ancillary events tied to industry tradeshows โ from kickoff through post-event reporting.
- Run all pre-event logistics: venue sourcing and contracts, catering, A/V, event tech, swag and shipping, staffing plans, run-of-show documents, and budget tracking against plan.
- Drive attendance and meeting set by partnering with Sales and SDRs on target lists, invitation campaigns, personal outreach, and pre-booked meetings โ so reps walk in with a full calendar.
- Manage partner sponsorship commitments for Limble-owned events, ensuring every sponsor deliverable is scoped, fulfilled, and reported on.
- Support partner-hosted events in close collaboration with Partner Marketing and Partnerships, coordinating Limble's presence, staffing, materials, and follow-up.
- Serve as the on-site lead: manage setup and teardown, brief and direct the field team, keep the run-of-show on track, and solve problems in real time.
- Close the loop after every event with follow-up campaigns, clean lead capture and routing, and coordinated outreach with Sales to convert conversations into booked meetings.
- Report on what worked โ attendance, meetings booked, cost per meeting, and pipeline sourced and influenced โ and share clear recommendations for the next event.
- Be the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors on every event you own, keeping communication tight and timelines visible.
- Travel as needed (30โ40%) to run events on site.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience executing B2B field marketing or events programs in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record running events end to end โ logistics, vendors, on-site execution, and follow-up โ with measurable pipeline results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at different stages while keeping every detail on track.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales or SDR teams to drive event attendance and set meetings.
- Comfort managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with fiscal discipline and creative problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and event platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, Bizzabo, ON24).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site event execution.
- Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.
- Available to start October 1, 2026 and commit through March 31, 2027.
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Unflappable under pressure โ when the A/V fails or a speaker cancels, you have a plan B ready.
- Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and true ownership of the details.
- Fast to ramp and self-directed; comfortable picking up an in-flight program and running with it.
- Customer-first thinker who designs experiences with empathy and purpose.
- Collaborative by default โ you make the Sales and Partnerships teams better at every event.
- Curious, data-informed, and driven by measurable impact.
