The Role
As Executive Audience Manager, you will curate and manage the audience for invitation-only events. Your responsibilities include identifying senior leaders who align with each eventās objectives, executing multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals), qualifying candidates rigorously, and ensuring high attendance and engagement. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to build and maintain executive relationships, ensuring long-term community growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define the target audience by collaborating with Commercial and Marketing to create a clear, named list of executives who should attend, based on seniority and profile criteria.
Own and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across personalized email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and warm introductions, ensuring volume, follow-up, and pipeline management.
Qualify rigorously by confirming seniority, decision-making authority, budget relevance, and peer fit before issuing invitations, ensuring the quality of the audience.
Convert and retain attendance by managing invitations, confirmations, pre-event communications, and reconfirmations with a white-glove approach to minimize drop-outs.
Provide clean, fully briefed, and confirmed audiences to Events and Content teams ahead of each event, ensuring they have the necessary profile details.
Maintain relationships post-event, drive repeat attendance, and grow executive communities through referrals and exclusive engagement opportunities.
Capture commercial and market insights from conversations, maintain a clean CRM, and provide well-briefed handovers to internal teams.
What Success Looks Like
Success is measured by the quality and reliability of the audience delivered. This includes a full room of genuinely senior and relevant executives, low drop-out rates, high repeat attendance, and a growing pool of executive relationships that belong to The Alliance rather than any single campaign.
What We're Looking For
Relevant experience in executive audience acquisition, B2B events, executive networking, partnerships, business development, or community building.
Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers primarily through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
A closer's instinct for follow-up, ensuring persistence without being intrusive, and maintaining engagement between interest and confirmation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring outreach feels personal and not templated.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for handling executive relationships with a white-glove approach.
Experience working to deadlines that do not move, as event dates are fixed.
Experience using CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and outreach tools is advantageous.
What This Role Is Not
This role is not focused on event production, logistics, or on-site hosting. It is an acquisition and relationship-focused position, primarily involving outreach and conversations with senior executives.
