Flashpoint is the pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence, empowering commercial enterprises and government agencies to confront complex security challenges, reduce risk, and improve operational resilience. Through the Flashpoint Ignite platform, they deliver unparalleled depth, breadth, and speed of data from highly relevant sources, enriched by human insights. Their solutions span cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection.
Are you an Enterprise Account Director who loves hunting new logos and selling security solutions to the UK's biggest enterprises? Flashpoint is looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join their Acquisition Sales team, covering the United Kingdom and working remotely from anywhere in the UK. If you enjoy building pipeline from scratch, running complex enterprise deals with security, fraud, and risk leaders, and being part of a collaborative, globally distributed team, this role is for you.
This is a senior individual contributor role: you will own net-new growth across the UK and bring Flashpoint's intelligence to organizations that have not worked with them yet. You will have a Business Development Representative (BDR), Solutions Architects, and intelligence analysts behind every deal, backed by a team that already protects some of the world's largest banks, retailers, and governments.
Key Qualifications:
- Have closed new logos with FTSE 350 and Global 2000 organizations through 6 to 12+ month, multi-stakeholder cycles, and changed how security and risk leaders think about the problem.
- Have built a UK territory from the ground up, turning a target account list into qualified pipeline with MEDDICC-level discipline.
- Have sold to CISOs, Heads of Security, and leaders across SOC, Incident Response, Fraud, and Risk, and can hold your own in conversations about threat actors, fraud schemes, and dark web exposure.
- Have quarterbacked high-stakes deals, aligning BDRs, Solutions Architects, intelligence analysts, partners, and Legal behind a single closing plan.
- Have cleared enterprise procurement, security reviews, and contract redlines without letting momentum stall.
- Know the UK enterprise market, from the City's financial services and insurance firms to national retailers, and have relationships with the security leaders who buy in it.
What You Will Do:
- Own a UK net-new territory end-to-end, from account selection and first meeting through negotiation and signature.
- Build and run a target account plan across UK financial services, insurance, retail, telecoms, manufacturing, and healthcare and life sciences.
- Partner with your BDR on outbound strategy and cadences that put you in front of the buyers who matter.
- Lead discovery, demos, and proofs of value alongside Strategic Advisory and Solutions teams, tying Flashpoint intelligence to real use cases in CTI, vulnerability management, fraud, and physical security.
- Structure and close multi-year deals with ACVs from £75K to £750K+, working with UK resellers and partners.
- Maintain a forecast leadership can trust, with CRM data reflecting actual deal progress.
- Bring insights from the field back to Product and Marketing to align offerings with UK buyer needs.
What You Will Achieve:
Within 30 days:
- Completed Flashpoint product onboarding and can articulate core use cases and value to a security buyer.
- Built and prioritized your UK target account list with your leader.
- Introduced yourself to existing Flashpoint customers in the UK and started activating your network.
Within 60 days:
- Launched outbound cadences with your BDR and consistently booked first meetings with target accounts.
- Delivered the Flashpoint pitch and first-call demo on your own.
- Ran your first discovery calls and qualified initial opportunities using MEDDICC.
By 90 days:
- Completed all Flashpoint sales and product training.
- Built qualified pipeline that tracks to your quarterly targets.
- Ran demos and Proofs of Value (POVs) with the Strategic Advisory team on top opportunities.
- Moved your first opportunities into late stage with a mapped buying committee and a clear path to close.
Requirements:
- Track record of owning net-new enterprise deals full cycle in the UK, from opportunity creation to close, with ACVs from £75K to £750K+.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fraud, or risk.
- Direct selling experience with CISOs, security leaders, and Fraud and Risk leaders at FTSE 350 or Global 2000 organizations.
- Command of a qualification framework such as MEDDICC, and CRM discipline to keep your forecast accurate.
- Experience negotiating complex software contracts with sophisticated procurement and legal teams.
- The right to work in the UK and the ability to meet customers in person, including regular travel to London.

Flashpoint
View Company ProfileFlashpoint (operating under flashpoint.io, legally Flashpoint Intel / EJ2 Communications, Inc.) is the premier, enterprise-grade risk intelligence platform, deep/dark web data collection architecture, and cyber threat intelligence (CTI) engine engineered to serve as the definitive proactive defense layer and tactical asset monitoring infrastructure for global Fortune 500 corporations, tier-one financial institutions, and international defense and allied government agencies. Founded in 2010 by globally recognized national security and counterterrorism specialists, the company completely eliminates systemic operational vulnerabilities across expanding enterprise attack surfaces by piercing highly restricted online environments. Moving far beyond automated network scanners or reactive anti-virus setups, Flashpoint natively unifies primary-source cyber threat intelligence, multi-modal fraud detection, corporate physical security telemetry, and automated vulnerability tracking into its high-speed Ignite software platform. By continuously harvesting, parsing, and normalizing petabytes of hidden telemetry from closed hacker forums, encrypted messaging applications, and illicit marketplaces, the system equips Security Operations Centers (SOC) and risk managers to confidently preempt ransomware campaigns, account takeovers, compromised credential exposures, and insider threats before they reach critical enterprise boundaries. Flashpoint further accelerates mission success through specialized, multilingual human intelligence (HUMINT) operations and managed service units fluent in dozens of languages. Backed originally by premier institutional venture groups like Greycroft and Jump Capital, the high-scale cybersecurity enterprise was strategically acquired by Audax Private Equity in 2021 to fuel aggressive product line growth and buy-side consolidation—a strategy highlighted by its successful acquisitions of vulnerability intelligence authority Risk Based Security and open-source intelligence (OSINT) platform Echosec Systems. Headquartered in New York City with deep operational hubs in Washington, D.C., Flashpoint stands as the world largest independent threat intelligence provider, anchoring the foundational digital risk protection frameworks that safeguard global commerce and critical national infrastructure.
