You'll support a senior leader directly, managing their diary, inbox, and travel so they can focus on the bigger picture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy executive diary and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Triage and manage the executive's inbox
- Coordinate travel bookings and detailed itineraries
- Prepare board packs, agendas, and minutes for key meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
- Experience with diary and inbox management at a senior level
- Strong minute-taking and written communication skills
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting a board or C-suite executive
- Familiarity with UK travel booking platforms
- Prior remote executive assistant experience
Benefits:
A permanent, fully remote role with a UK employer, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), working closely with senior leadership.
