We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Estonian Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant capital of Sofia. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Estonian-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

• Valid EU passport, enabling seamless relocation to Bulgaria for this on-site position.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
