Want to know if you're a match for this job?
Suno's mission is amplifying creativity for people everywhere. Having built strong traction with emerging musicians and producers, our next opportunity is the content creator economy. Suno’s new Emerging Creator Program launches that effort: developing the next generation of creators while establishing Suno as a company that accelerates creative careers.
The program is a selective, cohort-based 12-week experience for a cohort of nano and micro creators building careers around content. Members get access to exclusive programming including Suno workshops and keynotes from breakout creators, plus creative contests, content spotlights, IRL events, and a network of fellow creators. At the end of the program, we aim to sign a few participants for ongoing deals with Suno, maintain an active community of creators, and scale the initiative beyond the pilot phase.
You'll be the operational engine of the program: building it from the ground up alongside the Suno team through August and September, then running it end-to-end through December. You'll own the calendar, the cohort experience, the speakers, the events, and all of the details in between. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Growth and Influencer marketing, Music partnerships and Creative to turn this from strategy and vision into reality.
What You'll Do
Build
- Translate the program outline into a week-by-week curriculum: session formats, Suno skills/tools coverage, contest design for off weeks
- Build and manage the guest speaker pipeline: identify, pitch, confirm, and prep breakout-creator speakers and mentors
- Stand up program infrastructure: community channel (Slack/Discord), calendar, meeting/tech setup, application intake and tracking
- Support outreach and sourcing: manage the handpicked invite list, Spark referrals, and application pipeline; run logistics for the selection process (Sept 7–18)
- Determine application approach, launch messaging, and launch-creator partnership
- Source and negotiate member perks with partner tools and brands
- Coordinate internal reviews (including legal review of contest mechanics, creator payments, event liability, and minors)
Run
- Own the biweekly programming cadence end-to-end: scheduling, speaker coordination, session production, follow-ups
- Run monthly creative contests: briefs, submission tracking, judging logistics, prize fulfillment
- Design and manage the creator spotlight approach
- Produce IRL moments if applicable
- Be the day-to-day face of the program for members: onboarding, questions, nudges, community management, keeping energy high
- Track program health: attendance, participation, contest engagement, member sentiment; flag at-risk members early
Assess
- Produce the graduation moment: credentialing, culmination for participants
- Transition the cohort into the alumni network
- Deliver a program retro: what worked, what didn't, and a recommended blueprint for cohort 2
Who You Are
- You've operated programs like this before: 3+ years running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series, ideally you’ve built one from scratch.
- You know the creator economy: You understand how nano/micro creators think about growth, money, brands, and community and you can talk to them credibly. Bonus: you've worked with creator programs, MCNs, talent management, or platform partnerships
- You're an ops machine: Calendars, run-of-shows, trackers, follow-ups. You're the person who notices the Zoom link is wrong before anyone joins
- You’re hospitality-minded and a strong experience designer: Members should feel the program is run by someone who gets them. You create belonging, and intuitively know what people need and how to serve them.
- You work autonomously: You are excited by ambiguity and the ability to create structure from guardrails. You’re communicative, independent and reliable.
- Bonus: experience producing IRL events; familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools; existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities
What Success Looks Like
- Program launches on time at full capacity
- 12 weeks of programming run smoothly with strong attendance and completion
- Members describe the program as career-changing, say so publicly
- A documented playbook that makes cohort 2 easier, bigger, or better

Suno (operating under suno.com and formerly known as Shufflrr) is the premier, enterprise-grade AI-native audio platform, generative music synthesis pioneer, and full-stack sound engineering workstation engineered to operate as the definitive, high-velocity audio composition, voice modeling, and multitrack generation layer for content creators, musicians, and digital media platforms worldwide. The company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern audio production—where creators face immense resource bottlenecks, steep learning curves in legacy DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations), high studio engineering overhead, and complex music licensing restrictions—by deploying a unified, context-aware artificial intelligence composition engine. Moving far beyond traditional, passive royalty-free audio loop repositories or simple text-to-speech tools, Suno natively unifies text-prompted high-fidelity multi-genre song generation, granular vocal style steering (including voice inflection, exclusions, and gender controls), direct audio uploading for intelligent remix loops, and full-track stem separation into its flagship cloud workspace, Suno Studio. Powering millions of active creators and scaling rapidly past 2 million paid subscribers, the system manages billions of generated audio streams with production-hardened precision. Backed by hundreds of millions in elite institutional venture capital—including landmark investment rounds from Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners valuing the institution at over $2.4 billion—the platform features advanced proprietary audio diffusion frameworks capable of rendering synchronized lyrics, professional instrumentation, and clean, studio-grade WAV exports ready for mainstream distribution. What sets Suno apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing traditional audio synthesis barriers with absolute creative momentum and global licensing velocity; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive machine learning acoustics and intuitive, web-based digital composition interfaces, the firm remains the definitive, category-defining cornerstone of modern generative audio technology and scalable AI music transformation.
