As Director of Workforce Strategy, you will lead the strategic direction of the billable workforce and turn workforce data into clear operational decisions. This role sits at the center of operations, talent, and client strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to strengthen workforce health, improve service quality, and support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate Workforce Division strategy, goals, and operating cadence.
- Own the master workforce dashboard covering capacity, tier composition, bench rate, and revenue contribution.
- Chair a weekly cross-functional workforce review with Services, Sales, and HR leads.
- Partner with Sales to validate workforce capacity before deals close and to inform pitch materials.
- Approve all tier reclassifications and PIP initiations.
- Report workforce health metrics to executive leadership monthly.
- Identify workforce gaps and drive proactive hiring or development plans to close them.
- Establish quality standards for VMA service delivery across all tiers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce strategy.
- Experience managing distributed teams in healthcare support environments.
- Strong track record of using capacity, utilization, and revenue metrics to guide workforce decisions.
- Hands-on experience with a workforce dashboard or workforce planning platform, along with workforce planning cadences and KPI review rhythms.
- Knowledge of compliance in workforce planning across global teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional work with Sales, HR, and service delivery teams.
- Able to travel quarterly for work-related needs, including travel to Iloilo for collaboration or immersion when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience with cross-functional operating reviews.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking processes.
