About the Role:
Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the enterprise competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead our global GTM Operations team across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
You will own Wrike’s revenue planning and operational architecture end-to-end driving annual planning, quota setting, territory management, and cross-functional alignment across our global revenue engine.
Reporting directly to GTM leadership, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to executive leaders while leading a hands-on global team of 6–15 operations partners and analysts.
This is an action-oriented leadership role for an operational "athlete" - someone equally comfortable steering C-level strategic decisions, designing enterprise sales workflows, coaching an international team across time zones, and diving deep into the details of compensation plans or GTM forecasting.
Your Impact:
- Global Team Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor a global GTM Operations team (15 team members, including embedded business partners and visualization analysts across diverse time zones), fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
- Annual Planning & Execution: Lead annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
- Retention & Growth PMO: Partner with executive leadership to program manage company-wide objectives focused on gross/net retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Executive Facilitation: Lead recurring operational cadences with executive stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to eliminate friction and accelerate deal velocity.
- Commercial Support & Governance: Oversee non-customer-facing commercial execution, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to streamline order processing and contracting workflows.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Proven People Leadership: Direct experience managing and developing global operational teams (6+ direct/indirect reports) across international time zones.
- Core GTM Mechanics: Expertise in SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning, retention/bookings metrics, and annual planning processes.
- Execution Track Record: High proficiency operating as an executive-level partner to Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership without needing a massive administrative layer.
- Location Preference: East Coast U.S. preferred (ability to align with global time zones and executive leadership).
Standout Qualities:
- Core Traits: High curiosity (constantly seeking better ways to execute), unyielding commitment to follow-through, and rigorous attention to detail.
- Sales Methodology: Familiarity with enterprise value selling frameworks (e.g., Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or Challenger).
- Target Background: Experience operating in high-growth, execution-oriented B2B SaaS environments
Team Dynamics: You will partner closely with executive leadership and lead a global team of GTM business partners and data visualization specialists. Your team acts as the central nerve center connecting field execution with executive strategy.
Our Work Style: We run Wrike on Wrike. You will use our collaborative work management platform daily to run annual planning, manage operational portfolios, and track team execution. We value intellectual curiosity, data-backed decision-making, and swift cross-functional execution.

Wrike
View Company ProfileWrike, Inc. is a premier enterprise SaaS enterprise provider specializing in intelligent, collaborative work management (CWM) software and organizational workflow optimization. Founded in 2006 by tech visionary Andrew Filev, Wrike acts as a single operational truth source designed to eliminate cross-application informational siloing, famously termed the \"Dark Matter of Work\". Its highly dynamic framework encompasses multi-layered project dashboards, Gantt charts, customized request sheets, automated cross-team approvals, and advanced operational resource allocation matrices. The platform is structurally reinforced by its proprietary Work Intelligence system, an AI-native suite featuring Wrike Copilot and natural-language automated no-code AI agents that process complex data routing, summaries, and routine administrative loops. Wrike has historically navigated an active enterprise lifecycle; following its $2.25 billion acquisition by Citrix in 2021, it spun back out as an independent entity controlled by private equity leader Symphony Technology Group (STG) in mid-2023. To significantly close the gap between creative execution and task orchestration, Wrike completed the major strategic acquisition of visual collaboration platform Klaxoon, infusing infinite whiteboard design spaces directly into its structured database architectures. Trusted by more than 20,000 corporate organizations globally—including key multi-national brands like Sony, Pfizer, and Procter & Gamble—the platform handles millions of concurrent user tasks. Wrike operates dual major operational hubs in San Jose and San Diego, California, alongside a robust international office network spanning Dublin, Prague, Tokyo, and Nicosia.
