Director of Data Science
Job Description
You are passionate about leveraging data, machine learning/AI and operational execution to improve patient outcomes. Your mandate will be to build a world-class data science function that develops, deploys, and maintains data marts and machine learning models that can assess the impact of our clinical interventions. You’re a leader who cares deeply about outcomes and impact. You are a collaborative leader who can help bridge the gap between clinical strategy, operational execution, and technology. You have rich experience with health plan (claims, eligibility, pharmacy) and clinical (EMR, HIE) data. You can build data-marts in DBT and leverage those data marts to build new machine learning models.
