The Role

As a Director-ITIL (Presales), your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with corporates, government entities and other professional organizations to help grow the awareness and the market size of the ITIL products.
• Working closely with global ITIL Business Development to sell more ITIL products.
• Working closely with Product Management, and Product Development to provide input to content development
• Working closely with global Marketing to promote the ITIL brand
• Supporting the ITIL partner organizations with client calls, sales enablement activities, marketing support and other resources to sell more ITIL products.
• Undertaking webinars, speaking events, panel discussions and other activities to promote the ITIL brand.
• Inspiring and motivating the ITIL ecosystem, including ITIL Ambassadors, and the official ITIL Community Group.
• Forging and nurturing high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in the ecosystem to promote ITIL products.
• Participating in conferences, ITIL education events, and strategic forums promoting ITIL.
• Collaborating group-wide (inc. LanguageCert, ITIL, City & Guilds, DevOps) to drive group-wide performance.
• Providing input (as required) to PeopleCert reports and business updates.
• Ensure alignment with company values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.

What we are looking for:

• Recognised global expert in ITIL and Digital Product and Service Management
• 10+ years’ experience working with ITIL products. This includes real-world consulting and/or practitioner experience beyond just providing training courses
• Understanding of other digital product and service management products, such as COBIT, IT4IT, ISO20001. Established record of working with the bodies that own or promote these products is an advantage
• Extensive understanding of ITIL training partner organizations.
• Accredited trainer/consultant in some/all of the ITIL products would be advantageous
• Extensive experience of undertaking webinars, speaking at conferences, and other marketing activities
• Extensive experience of working with Sales teams to provide subject matter expertise in ITIL. For example: sales enablement activities.
• Extensive experience of undertaking client business development activities. For example, creating proposals/formal bids, providing ITIL expertise on client calls.
• Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
