Role Overview

Real Chemistry is looking for a Director, Beyond Insights to help lead our analytics program for our media and omnichannel clients, defining reporting frameworks that capture media performance and key business outcomes and driving optimization efforts. You will be responsible for developing the tracking infrastructure and creating data-informed narratives that connect media investment to real-world business opportunities and challenges. Reporting to the VP, Beyond Insights, your role will involve elevating and optimizing current media and omnichannel reporting programs, processes, and outputs, as well as finding innovative ways to support clients with a data-driven focus in collaboration with teams across Real Chemistry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive Real Chemistry’s Beyond Insights reporting and analytics program across our media and omnichannel client portfolio
  • Own the media measurement and reporting framework — defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance narratives that show how media programs are performing and where to optimize
  • Serve as the liaison to the VP, Beyond Insights, and collaborate closely with the media, data engineering, and strategy teams and cross-office peers to enhance Real Chemistry’s data initiatives, analytics programs, and practices
  • Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to uncover insights that guide media strategy and investment decisions
  • Examine, interpret, and communicate the results and business impact of media and analytical initiatives to key internal stakeholders and client teams
  • Support omnichannel initiatives and coordinate with marketing technology on methodology and execution of customer campaigns
  • Develop and own analysis approaches for engagement activities, targeting analysis, media reporting, and ad hoc requests with a focus on omnichannel
  • Develop models and synthesize recommendations on the best path forward for specific products
  • Oversee projects and provide guidance to project teams on research and client-related issues
  • Own and direct all aspects of client development and direction, ensuring client satisfaction with project deliverables
  • Manage direct reports and mentor staff outside of direct report responsibility
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of analytics and reporting experience, with a background in pharmaceutical media and digital marketing (combination of client and agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience measuring and reporting on paid media programs across HCP and consumer audiences, including omnichannel campaign performance
  • Expertise with Tableau or PowerBI and programming languages like SQL
  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, etc.)
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
  • Must enjoy working in a demanding environment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organization

The Ideal Candidate

  • Creative. You thrive on bringing definition to big, undefined problems. You love asking questions and pushing hard to find answers. You’re not afraid to share a new idea
  • Customer first. You love the process of analyzing and creating, but also share our passion to do the right thing. You know at the end of the day it’s about making the right decision for our customers
  • A leader. You challenge conventional thinking and work with stakeholders to identify and improve the status quo. You’re passionate about talent development for your own team and beyond
  • A culture carrier. You embody Real Chemistry’s values of Best Together, Impact Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an “I.”

View Company Profile

Real Chemistry is a premier, enterprise-grade global health innovation and communications network engineered to orchestrate massive-scale healthcare commercialization ecosystems and intelligent, frictionless patient-engagement workflows. Operating as an AI-native healthcare-intelligence hub (formerly W2O Group), the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy medical-marketing models—which frequently suffer from siloed expertise, fragmented data-attribution, and slow cross-channel execution—by seamlessly deploying advanced AI-driven audience-analytics telemetry, rigorous multi-channel omnichannel architectures, and cohesive scientific-communications frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy agency paradigms, Real Chemistry empowers global biopharma leaders and life sciences enterprises to dynamically synchronize their clinical-trial engagement, commercial-launch, and corporate-reputation pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by a deep bench of data scientists and tech-enabled platforms like Swoop, IPM.ai, and the Symplur Suite—natively manages complex global multi-language data ingestion, instantaneous AI-driven risk-scoring, and automated narrative-threat routing, providing the necessary operational foundation for organizations to proactively navigate a rapidly modernizing healthcare landscape. What sets Real Chemistry apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless scientific-orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive medical demands and accessible, high-velocity digital-transformation experiences, the firm empowers modern organizations to radically accelerate their scientific-innovation velocity, eliminate systemic commercialization-bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional dominance in the modern, AI-transformed global-health landscape.
