Job Description

Join a growing organisation seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital campaigns, marketing automation, website management, and CRM operations. Working closely with a collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality campaigns, improving customer journeys, maintaining digital platforms, and providing valuable marketing insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot and related marketing systems to support campaign execution, lead generation, CRM activity, and reporting.
  • Build, update, and maintain HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, automation rules, and contact lists.
  • Support customer journeys, lead nurturing, email marketing, and marketing automation activities.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, audience segmentation, campaign records, and marketing reporting.
  • Support campaign setup, tracking, performance measurement, and ongoing optimisation across digital channels.
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites, including publishing website content, blogs, landing pages, resources, and campaign-related updates.
  • Work with internal teams to support product publishing, website content updates, and digital content accuracy.
  • Support website improvements, user experience updates, and digital content alignment with campaign priorities.
  • Support lead generation activities across paid, organic, owned, and account-based marketing channels.
  • Assist with campaign tracking, attribution, conversion reporting, and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics 4.
  • Implement SEO recommendations, website optimisation tasks, and content updates to support organic visibility.
  • Support paid media administration, monitoring, and reporting across Google Ads or other digital advertising channels where required.
  • Produce performance reports and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, lead generation, marketing processes, and reporting accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to help turn marketing plans into clear, well-executed campaign activity.
  • Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, campaign execution, website management, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, workflows, automation, forms, landing pages, email marketing, reporting, segmentation, and campaign setup.
  • Proven experience managing WordPress websites, implementing SEO best practices, website optimisation, content publishing, and performance tracking using Google Analytics 4.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including lead generation, email marketing, customer journeys, marketing automation, conversion tracking, and campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate CRM data, and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing, Google Ads or other paid media platforms, and Australian businesses will be highly regarded.
