Job Description
Join a growing organisation seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital campaigns, marketing automation, website management, and CRM operations. Working closely with a collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality campaigns, improving customer journeys, maintaining digital platforms, and providing valuable marketing insights. - Manage and maintain HubSpot and related marketing systems, including workflows, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, automation rules, contact lists, CRM activity, reporting, customer journeys, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
- Maintain CRM data quality, audience segmentation, campaign records, and marketing reporting while supporting campaign setup, tracking, performance measurement, and ongoing optimisation across digital channels.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites by publishing website content, blogs, landing pages, resources, and campaign-related updates, while supporting website improvements, user experience updates, and digital content alignment with campaign priorities.
- Work with internal teams to support product publishing, website content updates, and digital content accuracy.
- Support lead generation activities across paid, organic, owned, and account-based marketing channels, including campaign tracking, attribution, conversion reporting, and performance analysis using Google Analytics 4.
- Implement SEO recommendations, website optimisation tasks, content updates, and support paid media administration, monitoring, and reporting across Google Ads or other digital advertising channels where required.
- Produce performance reports, identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, lead generation, marketing processes, and reporting accuracy, work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to deliver well-executed campaign activity, and perform other position-level duties as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, marketing automation, campaign execution, website management, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, workflows, automation, forms, landing pages, email marketing, reporting, segmentation, and campaign setup.
- Proven experience managing WordPress websites, implementing SEO best practices, website optimisation, content publishing, and performance tracking using Google Analytics 4.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including lead generation, email marketing, customer journeys, marketing automation, conversion tracking, and campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate CRM data, and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing, Google Ads or other paid media platforms, and Australian businesses will be highly regarded.
