SUMMARY:
The Digital Communications Targeting Analyst position will use analytical expertise to deliver customer data in support of Enterprise Marketing teams. This role is responsible for executing targeting for multiple customer channels and identifying insights from measurement to guide communication strategy. Candidates must demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Execute campaign targeting across multiple marketing channels.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from internal and external data platforms in support of targeting marketing communications.
- Facilitate and execute development of targeting insights to inform data-driven decisions and improve performance objectives of channel partners.
- Utilize data to inform key business communication objectives and assess feasibility of executing targeting. Draw insights, document findings, and communicate results from targeted marketing communications.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment with Digital Communications, Lifecycle, and eCommerce Marketing teams.
- Support the business in decision-making processes by providing forward-looking analysis and insight to cross-functional partners ensuring alignment of campaign plans and targeting strategy.
- Execute ad hoc analyses and assist with special projects as directed by supervisor.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, marketing campaign measurement and/or targeting. Experience working with different data measurement and execution platforms.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, understand, and interpret job-related documents, instructions, policies, and communications in English. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with employees, customers, vendors, and other business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Data Analytics, or related areas.
- 1 year of marketing data analysis experience including common/standard use of data analysis tools.
- Experience with marketing campaign measurement and targeting, data analysis, and reporting insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to become a key point of contact for the team, speak to internal clients, develop/maintain long-term relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering positive results.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify, and effectively leverage data to support business decisions, communicate opportunities, and/or raise business risks.
- Experience using segmentation, CDP, or marketing automation platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral/written communications and presentations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment, including repetitive motions such as typing, scrolling, and mouse use. Ability to communicate effectively and understand verbal communication in person, by telephone, and through video conferencing or other remote communication tools. Ability to view and read information on computer screens and printed materials.

This position generally operates during normal business hours; however, specific start and end times may vary based on business needs, workload, and job responsibilities. Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required.
