The client is a digital consultancy specializing in customer experience, journey design, marketing technology, data, and analytics. They are seeking a self-sufficient and self-motivated Digital Analytics Consultant with 4+ years of experience to join their team in Manilla.

This is a mid-level, hands-on consulting role for someone with solid digital analytics experience. You will work across major client engagements, modern analytics platforms, and connected customer journeys, closely collaborating with senior leadership while taking real ownership of delivery, client communication, and solution quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Amplitude and Tealium iQ as core platforms, building deep capability across product analytics, implementation, customer journeys, and decision intelligence.

• Leverage best practice AI capabilities and workflows to enhance analytics and decision-making.

• Work directly with experienced Australian consultants and enterprise clients.

• Take meaningful ownership beyond dashboard production or ticket-based implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Analytics Delivery

• Configure, implement, and maintain digital analytics solutions across websites, applications, and customer journeys.

• Create and manage event taxonomies, tracking plans, data layers, and solution design documentation.

• Implement and govern tags, extensions, load rules, and data mappings within Tealium iQ / GTM.

• Test and validate tracking to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and trustworthiness.

• Investigate analytics issues and collaborate with developers, platform specialists, and client teams to resolve them.Analysis & Decision Support

• Translate business questions into clear analysis and measurement requirements.

• Analyse customer behavior, digital journeys, conversion funnels, engagement, and retention.

• Identify actionable insights and communicate data meaning in commercially relevant language.

• Create dashboards and recurring reporting to support client decision-making.

• Support experimentation, optimization, and measurement of digital initiatives.Client Delivery & Consulting

• Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering.

• Own defined workstreams and deliverables with support from senior team members.

• Explain analytics concepts and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide regular progress updates, raise risks early, and maintain high delivery standards.

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute positively to engagements.Documentation, Quality & Collaboration

• Produce clear tracking plans, implementation guides, audit findings, test scripts, and handover documentation.

• Follow and contribute to ECD analytics standards, reusable assets, and quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across customer journey strategy, UX, marketing automation, data, and technology.

• Share knowledge with the team and continue building expertise through platform training and certification.

• AI Integration: Actively integrate AI into analytics, insight generation, customer journey design, marketing automation, personalisation, and internal delivery. Experiment, develop new skills, and help shape responsible AI applications to improve decision-making, accelerate delivery, and create measurable commercial value.

First 12 Months Roadmap

• Early Phase: Learn ECD delivery standards, become familiar with active clients and platforms, and contribute to implementation, QA, and analysis work.

• Mid Phase: Take ownership of defined analytics workstreams, lead client discussions within your area, and deepen your Amplitude and Tealium iQ capability.

• Later Phase: Independently deliver substantial pieces of client work, contribute to solution design, and become a trusted member of the Analytics & Decision Intelligence practice.About You
