About Maze: Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development. In today’s AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast, but the real challenge is deeply understanding user needs and building the right product.
Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision. Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate busywork and add depth to insights.
Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform and is scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, and Anthropic. Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence, Amplify) and operates a global remote workforce.
About the Role
You’ll own the execution of our core demand generation programs: paid campaigns run with our agency, lifecycle email, and logistics for events and webinars. You’ll manage spend against plan, run tests on new channels, and track how leads move through the funnel to improve both lead volume and quality. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes shipping campaigns, reading data, and optimizing existing processes.
What You’ll Do
Paid Programs:
- Own the day-to-day relationship with our paid media agency: set priorities, brief new campaigns, review creative and targeting, and hold the agency accountable for performance goals.
- Review LinkedIn and Google campaign results weekly with the agency, pushing for optimizations and new tests where results lag.
- Track paid spend against monthly and quarterly plans, flag pacing issues early, and recommend budget shifts based on results.
- Design and run small tests on new channels (e.g., Reddit, paid social) and new creative or messaging. Share clear readouts on what worked, what didn’t, and whether to scale.
- Report on campaign performance to the marketing team to ensure collective learning.
Lifecycle and Email Marketing:
- Develop email marketing programs through nurture tracks, triggered journeys, and campaign sends in HubSpot.
- Build segmented, behavior-based programs that move leads toward sales conversations, testing subject lines, content, and timing to improve results.
Events and Webinars:
- Research, plan, and manage conference, webinar, and field marketing events. Own promotion, registration, logistics, and follow-up, working with the marketing team to inform stakeholders.
- Ensure event success by developing post-event playbooks and lead routing.
Lead Performance and Reporting:
- Track how leads move from Lead to MQL, Meeting, and Opportunity across programs, reporting results to marketing leadership regularly.
- Work with RevOps and the SDR team to identify and fix lead-quality or routing problems.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of SaaS B2B demand generation or campaign marketing experience.
- Experience managing a paid media agency or partner, including writing clear briefs, QAing campaigns, and evaluating performance.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Ads to judge agency recommendations.
- Experience building and optimizing email nurture or lifecycle programs in a marketing automation platform.
- Comfort with funnel metrics, including data analysis and suggesting fixes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Clear written communication for campaign copy and reporting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience working closely with SDR or sales teams on lead follow-up.
- Familiarity with tools or audiences in the product, design, or research space.

Maze (operating under maze.co, legally Maze Technologies, Inc.) is a leading enterprise-grade continuous discovery and user research platform engineered to democratize, accelerate, and scale actionable user insights for modern product, design, and marketing organizations. Founded in 2018 by veteran software engineers Jonathan Widawski and Thomas REBAUD, the corporation completely upended the traditional user testing landscape—where gathering qualitative user feedback took weeks, suffered from manual scheduling bottlenecks, and cost thousands of dollars per study—by launching an automated, browser-based unmoderated testing engine. Moving far beyond basic video-recording tools, Maze's sophisticated research ecosystem natively unifies interactive prototype testing (integrating directly with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision), live website usability tracking, card sorting, tree testing, integrated participant recruitment panels, and dynamic AI-generated synthesis engines that instantly convert raw user clicks into comprehensive heatmaps, misclick rates, and success metrics. To embed data-driven decision-making throughout the entire product development lifecycle, the platform features a highly automated 'Maze AI' layer that refines research questions, analyzes qualitative open text at scale, and formats stakeholder reports instantly. Supported by over $48 million in total institutional funding, anchored by a prominent $40 million Series B financing round led by worldwide venture powerhouse Felicis Ventures alongside marquee backers like Emergence Capital, Amplify Partners, and leading product angels, the hyper-growth product discovery SaaS platform scales rapidly. Powering design and development decisions for more than 3,000 global enterprise customers—including iconic digital brands like Uber, Airbnb, IBM, and Microsoft—and serving a community of over 100,000 product creators, the firm continues to expand its enterprise footprint with sophisticated data-governance controls and advanced team-collaboration features. Headquartered in Paris, France, with a highly distributed, remote-first global workforce, Maze stands as the definitive operational vanguard for agile user research—replacing slow, opinion-driven product design with continuous, programmatic user insights and validated execution pathways.
