Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Zalando, providing high-level support within the modern Retail (Online & Offline) sector.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online fashion orders, returns, and payment status via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with industry-leading retail satisfaction standards.
• Resolve complex issues regarding online retail transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication for the Danish market.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
