Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking clients navigating global transportation and logistics platforms.
• Manage inquiries regarding shipping schedules, booking updates, and cargo transit status with efficiency and professionalism.
• Resolve complex transportation issues, demonstrating deep industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with transportation partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Utilize advanced software tools to track shipments and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks in real-time.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the transportation support process through valuable customer feedback.
• Ensure that every interaction aligns with the premium service standards expected within the transportation sector.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic remote environment within Greece.
• Passionate about delivering excellent service in the transportation field.
