Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering empathetic and solutions-oriented customer experiences.

• Educate users on the secure features and advanced tools available within the digital financial ecosystem.
• Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to maintain the integrity of customer service records.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport is strictly required for all applicants.
• Strong interest in the FinTech industry and passion for digital financial solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an eye for detail in complex transactional environments.
• Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a similar digital support role is highly advantageous.
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our on-site team.
