The Role

As a Danish Speaking Customer Expert for Dyson, you will provide high-end support for Dyson’s innovative consumer electronics range through phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through technical troubleshooting for premium household appliances.
• Maintaining deep product knowledge to offer expert advice and drive brand loyalty.
• Ensuring all interactions reflect the premium service standards of the Dyson brand.
• Documenting customer inquiries accurately within the internal database system.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated technical or service-related issues efficiently.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering a seamless experience for every Danish-speaking client.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• A genuine passion for consumer electronics and innovative technology.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining connected to the team in Greece.
