The Role

We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as Danish Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to customers regarding a wide range of cutting-edge consumer electronics products.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service.
• Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics innovations and product specifications to provide accurate guidance.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to enhance the consumer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical inquiries related to electronic devices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our internal CRM system.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants.
• Strong passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a professional environment.
• Ability to work remotely from within Greece while maintaining a high standard of productivity.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a strong advantage.
