Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking insurance policyholders, providing expert guidance on consumer rights and protection.
• Analyze complex insurance inquiries while ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and consumer protection standards.
• Handle claims, policy modifications, and coverage queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions within proprietary insurance management systems.
• Collaborate with internal insurance teams to resolve disputes and enhance customer experience for Danish clientele.
• Monitor and report on industry-specific trends to improve consumer service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on European insurance landscape developments.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport required for relocation.
• Professional proficiency in English for collaboration with the Athens-based team.
• Previous experience in insurance, customer support, or consumer protection is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret policy documentation accurately.
• Commitment to relocating to Athens for this onsite position.
