Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, ensuring top-tier service standards in the Customer Support Services sector.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Greece.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is considered a major asset.
