Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English to facilitate communication within our international office.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to ensure seamless relocation to Athens.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer support services.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude.
