Customer Retention Specialist (Remote, UK-Based Employer)

You will keep UK customers from leaving, and win back the ones already halfway out.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contact at-risk and cancelling customers to understand and resolve issues
• Negotiate retention offers within agreed commercial limits
• Run win-back campaigns on lapsed accounts
• Log cancellation reasons and report churn drivers
• Collaborate with support and account teams to address recurring causes

What you'll need:

• Experience in retention, account management, customer success, or sales
• Confidence in negotiating and handling objections
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to read account data and spot risk signals
• Strong spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience in subscription or SaaS retention
• Familiarity with churn reporting and cohort analysis
• Experience with UK consumer or B2B accounts
