Remote Recruitment is hiring a Compliance Officer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure organisational compliance with UK regulatory requirements
- Review and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legislation
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments and report findings
- Train staff on compliance obligations, codes of conduct and best practices
- Liaise with regulators and external auditors as required
- Maintain compliance registers, documentation and reporting systems
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory affairs
- Sound knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills in English
- Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and integrity
- Experience with compliance management software advantageous
- Reliable remote office setup with secure and fast internet connection
