We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented compliance professional to support and strengthen our Compliance program. The Compliance Manager will report to the Director of Compliance and be instrumental in supporting the company’s day-to-day compliance needs. This role will focus on:
- Providing compliance advisory support to business stakeholders
- Independently performing compliance investigations
- Assisting with auditing and monitoring activities
- Advancing policy governance and development
The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable translating regulations into practical guidance that balances risk and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, including policy development, regulatory interpretation, and program implementation
- 3+ years conducting or supporting compliance reviews and investigations
- Experience collaborating with business and other key stakeholders (e.g., Legal) on compliance concerns and risks
- Strong and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidance, OIG compliance program guidance, and other applicable federal and state healthcare laws

- A Master's Degree and/or Juris Doctor or equivalent advanced training in healthcare law, compliance, or public health
- 2+ years of experience in telehealth, privacy, and/or behavioral health compliance
- 2+ years of experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments
- Certification in general healthcare compliance
- Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, EHR platforms, AI tools, and reporting/data platforms to support compliance operations, research, investigations, monitoring, and reporting
