Campus Recruiter (Volume Hiring) at Fresh Prints

Fresh Prints is a New York City-based custom apparel start-up that empowers students by providing working capital, training, and support to build their own businesses at their schools. With 500+ students expected to generate over $20 million in sales within the next 12 months, this role focuses on scaling recruitment efforts to identify and onboard more student entrepreneurs who drive revenue.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-volume recruitment plan to source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers.
• Lead outbound recruiting campaigns, including cold calls, emails, and text outreach, to promote the Campus Manager role.
• Screen and shortlist potential candidates for initial meetings with the in-house interviewing team.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Team Manager and peers to meet quarterly recruiting goals.
• Generate and submit a weekly recruiting metrics report to track performance.
• Coordinate with interview and training teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Key Requirements

• Proven 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent and fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills to engage with candidates effectively.
• Experience with LinkedIn recruiting is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
