Project Overview: This internship role sits within the Bybit Fiat P2P Regional Operations team, supporting day-to-day operations and growth initiatives in LATAM. The intern will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and BD team to gain hands-on experience in P2P marketplace operations, merchant ecosystem management, market research, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced crypto/fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Assist in monitoring regional P2P performance metrics (transaction volume, competitiveness, dispute rates, etc.);
- Help identify operational bottlenecks and compile data-driven insights for the team.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Research regional P2P market trends, payment methods, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape;
- Compile reports on merchant feedback and user behavior patterns to support product and strategy decisions.
- Merchant Ecosystem Assistance:
- Support merchant onboarding processes, documentation, and communication;
- Help maintain merchant performance tracking dashboards and incentive program records.
- Campaign & Growth Support:
- Support execution of regional growth campaigns, user acquisition initiatives, and go-to-market rollouts;
- Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports.
