We are seeking a business-first, analytically strong consultant who collaborates closely with business leaders to understand complex decisions, offer fresh perspectives, and translate business needs into data- and AI-enabled solutions. This role goes beyond traditional requirements-gathering, requiring an understanding of business operations, identification of critical decisions, and the ability to work with AI/Agentic tools, data, and specialist teams to solve problems. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where data and analysis drive business decisions and is passionate about leveraging emerging AI technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand the business and the decision: Engage with stakeholders to grasp objectives, economics, processes, constraints, and the decisions they face.
• Challenge and structure problems: Ask insightful questions, challenge assumptions, and translate ambiguous issues into clear hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
• Use data to develop insights: Explore and interpret data, conduct rapid analyses, identify patterns, and translate findings into relevant business implications and recommendations.
• Rapidly prototype solutions: Utilize GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to explore ideas, analyze information, and develop working prototypes.
• Orchestrate expertise: Recognize when specialized expertise is needed and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, product teams, and AI agents to develop solutions.
• Drive from insight to action: Communicate findings clearly, provide actionable recommendations, and work with stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Continuously learn: Experiment with emerging AI and technology capabilities to improve business decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or a similar decision-oriented business environment.
• Demonstrated business curiosity and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders, with strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical orientation and comfort working hands-on with data, including exploration, pattern identification, and deriving meaningful insights.
• Ability to translate business questions into hypotheses, conduct relevant analysis, derive insights, and translate them into informed business decisions.
• Ability to challenge assumptions while collaborating with stakeholders to identify effective solutions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and solving loosely defined problems, structuring them effectively.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Working familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools, and/or Python.
• Strong interest in and hands-on aptitude with GenAI, AI agents, and emerging productivity/development tools, with a willingness to explore and apply these capabilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly without requiring deep software engineering expertise.
• Ability to integrate business, analytics, technology, and specialist teams to collaboratively develop and deliver solutions effectively.
