About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative, Facility Management Companies to build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with national Facility Management companies (FMs). As a part of our growing GPO relationship team, this is a non–quota-carrying role with bonus targets tied to new bookings through FMs executed in partnership with our 200+ sales executives. The focus of this role is on establishing the partnerships and executive connections that enable our quota-carrying sales team to grow revenue through FM companies. The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven professional who understands how to navigate complex organizations, build trust at the senior level, and create long-term value for both the company and our FM partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strategic relationships with national and regional Facility Management companies, including partnership negotiation and contract management (MSAs).
- Lead RFPs, bids, and/or proposals to include pricing for all FM agreements, in partnership with the Manager of GPO relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FM headquarters.
- Maintain contracts including products, pricing, and terms and conditions based on business evolution and new opportunities available from Culligan Quench.
- Report on established KPIs to evaluate health of the partnership, and proactively address relationship shortfalls based on data interpretation.
- Work with the Manager of GPO relationships to build on existing best practices and provide tools, messaging, and insights that allow sales reps to leverage FM contracts effectively.
- Engage directly in high value opportunities to help Culligan Quench sales reps sell through the FM relationship, clearing roadblocks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales with an ability to build and maximize partner relationships.
- Strong account management experience and ability to collaborate with sales leaders and representatives.
- Experience selling through facility management companies.
- Proficiency with SalesForce a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Results-oriented attitude, ability to manage multiple projects and communicate the impact of FM relationships.
