Core Responsibilities

Provectus is seeking a **Business Development & Partner Manager** to drive two key revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads into clients and building an independent pipeline for enterprise accounts in **Financial Services** and **Life Sciences**.

Partner Motion — Anthropic Channel

  • Serve as Provectus’s primary contact with **Anthropic’s partner and field sales teams**.

  • Qualify and own enterprise leads from Anthropic, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed Statement of Work (**SOW**).

  • Identify **co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities** within Anthropic’s product and field motion.

  • Maintain a **healthy joint pipeline** with Anthropic’s teams, leading quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.

  • Translate Anthropic’s product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.

  • Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.

  • Drive **partner tier maintenance and upgrades**, including certifications, co-marketing activations, and case study production.

New Logo Hunting

  • Prospect independently into **enterprise accounts** in **Financial Services (FSI)** and **Life Sciences** using outbound strategies, networking, events, and referrals.

  • Execute the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • Build and maintain a network of **enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers** on the East Coast.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately, focusing on **consulting engagements** rather than software licenses.

  • Share **market intelligence** (buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns) with leadership and marketing.

What You Need to Succeed

  • **2–5 years** of experience in **business development, partner/alliance management**, with at least part of that in a **consulting firm**.

  • Proven track record managing **Anthropic, AWS, GCP, or Azure partner relationships**, including **co-selling, joint pipeline management, MDF (Market Development Fund), or co-marketing**.

  • Experience converting **partner-sourced leads** through a full enterprise sales cycle (**discovery to signed SOW**).

  • Ability to run a **full sales cycle independently**, from prospecting to close, without dedicated Business Development Representative (**BDR**) support.

  • Experience selling **complex, multi-month consulting engagements** (e.g., **SOW deals**) rather than **SaaS subscriptions**.

  • Strong **executive-level communication skills** (written, verbal, and in-room presence at **C-suite and VP levels**).

  • Experience in **Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets)** or **Life Sciences (pharma, biotech)**.

  • Experience selling **AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions**.

  • Willingness to travel (**up to 40%**) for client meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, and conferences.
