Superside is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead and grow a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You'll drive pipeline growth through strategic development initiatives, close collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Ops, and hands-on management of your team.
You're process-oriented, data-informed, and comfortable coaching a fully remote team to hit ambitious targets. Superside moves fast, so you'll need to build an environment where your BDRs can adapt quickly and stay engaged no matter where they're based.What you'll do
- Mentor, lead, and motivate a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Partner with Revenue Ops on analytics that inform strategic decisions to help BDRs hit their targets.
- Connect with Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring more leads for Account Executives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with Sales Enablement to build BDR skills.
- Identify and recommend process and campaign improvements.
- Build career paths for team members and guide their development.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in business development and team management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- A process-oriented, analytical, and data-informed approach to work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
