About Kasa

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences. Behind the scenes, we build technology that combines with our innovative operations to grow a globally scalable offering that delivers high-quality stays to guests.

The Role

Kasa offers flexible accommodations for guests in dozens of markets nationwide. We partner with multifamily and hospitality property owners to offer various unit types in our portfolio, including short-term rental apartments and traditional hotel rooms across price and luxury tiers. The Area Sales Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sales and work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams. This individual will be laser-focused on prospecting group and preferred corporate leads.

Like any role at a fast-paced startup, there is no ‘typical day’, but you will be responsible for the execution of a sales strategy for Kasa’s portfolio in a defined area, targeting all market segments, including leisure travel, corporate preferred, groups, and others. An exciting part of this is being instrumental in changing the way corporate and group travelers view the flexible accommodations space.

If you are looking to be instrumental in changing the way leisure, corporate, and group travelers view the flexible accommodations space, this is the role for you!

Unleash your career potential at Kasa

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to magnify the big picture whether meticulously organizing inbound leads and executing tasks accordingly through finalizing contracts; the innate mindfulness to details is ever-present pertaining to contracts, organization, prioritization
  • Culture Cultivator: Possesses a genuine passion for being part of a world-class team; not only succeeding individually but positively influencing team members to engage, grow, and exceed expectations for Kasa

Kasa (Kasa Living) is a tech-driven hospitality powerhouse engineered to orchestrate massive-scale, flexible accommodation networks and intelligent, frictionless guest-navigation workflows. Operating as the technological "infrastructure layer" for the modern real estate and lodging economy, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy hospitality management models—which frequently suffer from heavy on-site staffing overhead, disconnected property-silos, and inefficient property-utilization pipelines—by seamlessly deploying advanced virtual front desk telemetry, contactless keyless access control, and cohesive multi-channel distribution frameworks. Moving beyond rigid traditional hotel operator paradigms, Kasa empowers multi-family real estate owners and institutional property investors to dynamically capitalize on short-term and flexible-stay demands with elite, scalable, and audit-ready asset yields. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by AI-driven guest screening, persistent dynamic pricing algorithms, and deep domain expertise in real estate technology—natively manages multi-region global properties, centralized 24/7 virtual guest operations, and compliance-hardened financial reporting. What sets Kasa apart is its uncompromising dedication to complete lifecycle automation; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive real estate asset demands and accessible, high-velocity digital traveler experiences, the firm enables modern property portfolios to radically accelerate occupancy velocity, eliminate systemic front-desk bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial growth in the modern, AI-transformed property management landscape.
