About the Role

Keeper Security is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to own and operate the day-to-day execution of the Analyst Relations (AR) program. This role is ideal for a strong project and program manager who thrives on coordination, timelines, and process ownership. The Analyst Relations Manager will oversee analyst evaluations, questionnaires, calendars, internal reviews, and follow-through, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and momentum across all analyst engagements.

This is a junior-to-mid level manager role with room to grow, well-suited for candidates with experience in analyst relations operations, research coordination, product marketing support, or program management in a SaaS or enterprise environment. Success is measured by operational excellence, reliability, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational execution of Keeper’s analyst relations program, including timelines, workflows, and documentation
  • Manage analyst evaluation processes (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, MarketScape), including questionnaires, data collection, internal routing, reviews, revisions, and final submissions
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, PR, and leadership to ensure inputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
  • Maintain analyst calendars, briefing schedules, biweekly check-ins, and long-range planning for key firms and coverage areas
  • Support analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-ups by preparing materials, coordinating participants, taking notes, and tracking discussion themes over time
  • Ensure Keeper’s product capabilities, roadmap, and positioning are clearly and consistently represented across analyst interactions and evaluations
  • Organize and synthesize analyst feedback, market observations, and competitive insights for internal teams
  • Partner with PR and marketing to promote analyst coverage and insights for web, media, social media, and campaign use
  • Manage AR tools, databases, report libraries, and licensing access
  • Track program metrics and deliver regular internal summaries on analyst activity, evaluation status, and upcoming milestones
  • Collaborate with teams supporting industry recognition, software review, and peer validation platforms (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights), ensuring alignment with analyst evaluations and messaging where appropriate

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analyst relations support, research coordination, project/program management, product marketing, or a related role
  • Clear understanding of the identity security industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and market concepts, with support from internal subject-matter experts
  • Experience working with analyst firms, research processes, or evaluation cycles is a plus but not required
  • Comfort managing tools, calendars, documentation, and structured processes
