Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern ecommerce. We help you see what’s actually working in your business, what’s not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you—pausing underperforming ads, generating creative, flagging inventory risks before they impact your business.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, leveraging the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. On top of that, we provide the most actionable AI in commerce—Moby 2—letting you tap any LLM grounded in the full context of your business. Moby 2 doesn’t just surface insights; it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

Over 65,000 brands, including Pressed Juicery, OUAI, and True Classic, have transformed mountains of complex data into actions that grow profit at a speed and scale not possible manually.

What You’re Applying For

Triple Whale is hiring an AI Marketing Strategist to help ecommerce brands successfully adopt Moby, our AI-powered marketing analysis, planning, and execution tool. This is a customer-facing activation role for someone with strong performance marketing instincts, practical AI fluency, and the ability to help customers integrate Moby into their workflows.

You will not be the long-term operator inside the customer’s business. Instead, you’ll enable their own operators—founders, marketers, agencies, and growth teams—to use Moby confidently and effectively. This is a remote role with a strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, requiring consistent availability during Pacific Time (PT) hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer activation for Moby, helping new users identify the first use cases most likely to create value.
  • Translate each customer’s goals, team structure, marketing motion, and growth challenges into practical Moby workflows.
  • Enable customer operators to use Moby in their day-to-day work across paid media, measurement, creative, and growth planning.
  • Coach customers on evaluating Moby’s recommendations, asking better questions, and turning AI outputs into actionable decisions.
  • Provide prescriptive guidance during onboarding, diagnosing opportunities, recommending workflows, and building early trust in Moby.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with customers to help them discover and adopt new Moby use cases over time.
  • Identify repeatable activation patterns and turn them into playbooks for the broader team.
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the Moby experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience in media buying, growth marketing, ecommerce marketing, or agency strategy.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar ecommerce/growth tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, AOV, contribution margin, retention, and payback.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, n8n, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with founders, marketers, operators, and agencies.
  • The confidence to be prescriptive without taking over—recommending actions while teaching customers how to operate independently.
  • Curiosity, speed, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus:
    • Agency experience or experience managing multiple brands/accounts.
    • Experience scaling DTC or retail brands.
    • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, MMM, or marketing measurement.
    • Comfort with SQL or BI tools.
    • Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or performance marketing leadership.

Triple Whale is the premier, enterprise-grade data centralization and marketing attribution powerhouse engineered to operate as the definitive AI-native operating system for Shopify and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Operating as the mission-critical "data infrastructure layer" for the modern e-commerce economy, the company eliminates the severe operational friction caused by fragmented ad network dashboards, post-iOS 14 tracking degradation, and disconnected financial silos by seamlessly deploying an advanced multi-channel attribution engine, zero-party pixel tracking telemetry, and real-time profitability tracking frameworks. Moving far beyond traditional legacy analytics tools or static spreadsheet models, Triple Whale empowers e-commerce founders, digital marketers, and enterprise retail groups to dynamically synchronize their ad spend optimization, customer lifetime value (LTV) cohorts, and media buying pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready precision. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by AI-driven predictive insights (Moby), automated creative testing tracking, and deep domain expertise in first-party data collection—natively orchestrates complex marketing mix modeling (MMM), cohort retention analytics, and unified net profit reporting. What sets Triple Whale apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless operational intelligence; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive, high-velocity data engineering and accessible, single-source-of-truth executive interfaces, the firm enables modern commercial brands to radically accelerate their growth velocity, eliminate systemic attribution bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial scaling in the modern, AI-transformed global-commerce landscape.
