Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new affiliate partners while reactivating inactive affiliates through targeted outreach;
Participate in affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups to expand and strengthen the partner network;
Maintain regular communication with affiliates by providing timely updates on program changes, new product features, and policies;
Monitor affiliate traffic, transactions, and performance to identify anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance;
Prepare and provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, promotional copy, screenshots, and landing pages;
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the affiliate program and attract new partners;
Develop and launch affiliate incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures to increase engagement and performance;
Analyze affiliate campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Experience You’ll Need
1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry;
Understanding of web analytics fundamentals and key traffic performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU);
Knowledge of traffic sources and affiliate payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid);
Experience working with Asian and/or LATAM markets will be a plus;
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
