Ads Creative Strategist

The main purpose of the Ads Creative Strategist is to provide clients with top-quality creative media. This includes researching and reaching out to potential content creators while staying updated on TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.

The Ads Creative Strategist will develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and specific requirements. This knowledge will be used to create detailed script briefs for chosen content creators, aligning with brand guidelines and including full video footage concepts for the creative campaign.

Additionally, the Ads Creative Strategist will liaise with potential content creators to assemble a team for each project and perform quality control to ensure the content meets guidelines.

The primary mission is to ensure the highest quality creative ads for clients by understanding their unique needs, brand voice, values, and messaging, while staying informed about evolving trends.

You’ll work closely with content creators, communicating directly with clients as needed.

General Responsibilities:

• Strategizing script briefs based on current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Preparing detailed script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage requirements.
• Researching content creators to match each brand’s customer avatar goals for testing concepts.
• Communicating with potential content creators regarding project scope.
• Ensuring the quality of video ad variations.
• Selecting and arranging content creators for each project.
• Ensuring the quality of content provided by creators.
• Providing feedback on received content.
• Keeping up with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends.
• Assisting with additional tasks as required by the Product Manager.
