You will be the organised backbone of a UK team, handling inboxes, diaries, documents, and day-to-day admin so everyone else can focus on their work. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shared inboxes and reply to routine queries
- Keep diaries, bookings, and meeting schedules accurate
- Prepare, format, and file documents and reports
- Update spreadsheets and internal systems with accurate data
- Support the team with ad hoc admin tasks and follow-ups
What You'll Need
- Experience in an admin or office support role
- Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Clear written English and strong attention to detail
- Reliable fast internet and a quiet workspace
- Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Previous work with UK businesses
