We are looking to fill a customer-facing service position where you will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries by phone and in writing, and supporting both B2B and B2C customers. You will coordinate requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure structured and high-quality processing. At the same time, you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of service quality.

We are looking for support for our technical support team on Saturdays and Sundays! Are you a team player, communicative, and service-oriented? Then you're exactly who we're looking for!

Your creative freedom:

  • Telephone support: You are the first point of contact for our customers (m/f/d) and answer inquiries in a friendly and competent manner.
  • Correspondence: You process incoming emails and mail, ensuring fast and reliable communication.
  • Customer service: You support both B2B and B2C customers with their requests and find suitable solutions.
  • Coordination: You prioritize requests and ensure structured processing.
  • Quality assurance: You actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Your know-how:

  • You are a fully enrolled full-time student (m/f/d) and available for at least one semester (approx. 20 hours/week on Saturday and Sunday).
  • Initial experience in customer contact, e.g. in customer service, support or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of telephone and written communication.
  • Good MS Office skills and a basic technical understanding.
  • Independent, reliable work ethic and very good German language skills.
