Visier is the global leader in Workforce Intelligence that powers every people decision. We bring Workforce AI to life for HR departments through our award-winning, agentic AI technology by surfacing the insights leaders need to plan, decide, and act with confidence in the moments that matter most. As the market leader in people analytics, workforce planning, organizational design, and manager effectiveness solutions, we fuel smarter decision-making for organizations across the globe. Our mission is to help businesses lead with insight at scale as they continuously transform.

Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, we have over 85,000 customers in 75 countries—including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Domino’s Pizza, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company.

Modern workforce planning goes beyond a static annual budget. Today’s business environment requires a dynamic, responsive framework where strategic workforce planning is both centralized and distributed across the organization. As a Workforce Planning Advisor, you will combine cutting-edge People Analytics technology with delivery innovation. In this lead advisory role, you will work directly with enterprise customers and internal delivery teams to scope, design, and execute end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) initiatives that align technology functionality directly with core business outcomes.

What you’ll deliver:

  • Strategic Advisory & Value Realization: Lead high-impact consulting engagements for enterprise clients, aligning advanced workforce planning technology to strategic business drivers, job redesign goals, and skills gap interventions.

  • Methodology & Practice Standards: Define and standardize consulting delivery frameworks—including process mapping, design workshops, change impact assessments, and stakeholder enablement—to elevate delivery consistency across the region.

  • Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership: Direct cross-organizational delivery pods (comprising Project Managers, Data Consultants, Product Specialists, and Support) to ensure on-time, high-quality implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Pre-Sales & Scoping Expertise: Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering teams during the sales cycle to recommend optimal delivery methodologies, define scope, and establish clear delivery expectations for prospective enterprise customers.

  • Customer Advocacy & Product Feedback: Synthesize field insights, customer use cases, and market trends in workforce transformation (including AI/automation impacts) to directly inform internal product roadmaps and expand Visier’s collective domain knowledge base.

  • Customer Relationship Growth: Serve as the trusted advisory face of customer engagements, nurturing long-term stakeholder alignment and driving product adoption across enterprise environments.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 7–10 years of experience implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) advisory engagements within medium-to-large enterprises (2,000+ employees).

  • SWP Domain Leadership: A strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning practices, with the proven ability to guide executive stakeholders through trade-offs across technology features, custom configurations, and organizational process changes.

  • Workforce Transformation Expertise: Hands-on experience leading workforce transformation initiatives, specifically addressing the impact of AI, automation, and skills gap analysis on organizational design and talent reallocation.

  • Analytics Acumen & HR Operations: Deep working knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics, with the ability to translate complex data models and assumptions to non-technical business leaders.

  • Consulting & Facilitation Excellence: Demonstrated success leading executive workshops, developing customer-ready advisory materials, and managing complex change management programs across cross-functional groups (HR, Finance, IT).

  • Regional Flexibility: Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the EMEA region.
