Visier’s P&C team operates at the intersection between cutting edge practice and our own journey as an ever evolving tech company. To that end, we’re looking for your help to design, enable, manage, and measure talent enablement / management and org transformation programs with us.
You will act as an internal consultant tasked with building enterprise-wide talent capabilities, architecting transformation frameworks, and directly enabling our People Business Partners (PBPs) and business leaders to drive outcomes across business functions. You will ensure a single unified vision exists that helps us deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll deliver:
- Strategic Talent Enablement / Management Capability Building: Upskill and empower our People Business Partner function with robust enablement toolkits, talent diagnostic frameworks, and consultative methodologies, establishing a capability in our organization that is both effective, resilient, and trusted.
- Talent Enablement Architecture: Design and deploy modern talent management strategies—including skills inventories and assessments, performance enablement, career pathways, and succession planning / internal mobility—aligned with our ongoing evolution as a business.
- Leadership Effectiveness: Build foundational leadership development tools and coaching frameworks that empower people managers to effectively lead teams through complex organizational changes while cultivating a culture that prioritizes talent density and a high performance culture.
- Organizational Transformation & Adoption: Translate top-level business strategies into a function-specific talent enablement roadmap for a mid-sized tech company.
- AI-First Process Automation: Partner across HR and business operations to integrate Visier’s existing solutions and AI solutions, into repeatable talent workflows, ultimately supporting the organization to adopt AI-first operating principles.
- Value Realization & Sustainment: Establish robust metrics to measure talent readiness, leadership effectiveness, and adoption rates, ensuring organizational changes yield measurable business results and stick long-term.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Education & Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Design within enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of guiding sales and go-to-market organizations through complex methodology pivots.
- Talent Architecture Expertise: Deep expertise in architecting end-to-end talent frameworks (competency modeling, career mobility, succession, and performance management) that scale across complex, matrixed tech organizations.
- Internal Consulting & Enablement Muscle: Demonstrated ability to act as an arms-length internal consultant—building credibility, enabling Business Partners, and creating tailored functional outcomes while maintaining foundational organizational consistency.
- Communication Mastery & Transparency: Mastery of transparent communication principles—actively seeking to understand, facilitating creative conflict, and building deep trust across all levels of the organization during periods of change.
- Resilience & Scrappiness: A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality combined with high business acumen, capable of balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic transformation.

- Vancouver based candidates: fixed hybrid work model: 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
