We're scaling our member community across every US state via dedicated WhatsApp groups, and we need a full-time VA whose entire focus is running that operation - admin, engagement, and light moderation, inside WhatsApp only.
What will you be doing?
- Create, launch, and administer WhatsApp groups for each US state as we roll them out
- Manage group settings: membership approval, admin permissions, group descriptions, and rules
- Onboard new members into the correct state group and welcome them
- Monitor daily activity across all groups to keep conversation on-topic and respectful
- Answer member questions or route them to the right person/team
- Post announcements, updates, and content drops on a set schedule
- Flag spam, inappropriate behavior, or duplicate/inactive accounts for removal
- Track group health (member counts, engagement levels, growth by state) in a simple tracker/spreadsheet
- Escalate technical issues, complaints, or sensitive member situations to the team
- Coordinate with project managers on messaging timing, content calendars, and campaign rollouts
- Support ad hoc WhatsApp broadcast lists or polls tied to community initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Please submit your resume in ENGLISH
- Native English speaker (or at least professional level)
- Must be located in South America
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Manager, or similar customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience running or moderating WhatsApp groups or communities is required
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent group chats without losing track of context
- Customer service experience is a must
- Familiarity with DeFi or Crypto is an added advantage
- Solid organizational and time management skills — this role runs on consistency, not sporadic check-ins
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for basic tracking and reporting
- Available full-time, with flexibility to cover peak US engagement hours
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Community/Executive Assistant are a plus
What do we offer you?
- Competitive salary
- Remote Work
- Supportive and empowering team
