Junior Copywriter - Renewals Team

As a Junior Copywriter on our Renewals team, you'll write the words that keep our members engaged, informed, and excited to continue their journey with Decentralized Masters.

Core Responsibilities:

• Renewal Campaigns: Write emails, SMS, and in-app messaging that drive membership renewals—from early reminders to last-chance offers.
• Retention & Reoffer Copy: Partner with Membership Directors to write persuasive reoffer and downsell messaging for members considering leaving.
• Member Storytelling: Turn member wins, testimonials, and success stories into compelling proof points that support renewal campaigns.
• Lifecycle Content: Support broader renewal-lifecycle content, including one-pagers, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
• Testing & Iteration: A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles, then use the results to sharpen future campaigns.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior copywriters, marketers, and mentors to ensure every piece of copy sounds like Decentralized Masters and speaks directly to our members' goals.
