Cyberhaven is building the AI-native data security platform for the agentic enterprise. Their data lineage technology traces the full lifecycle of enterprise data across endpoints, browsers, SaaS, and cloud, establishing them as a market leader in DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and DSPM (Data Security Posture Management). This foundation supports the next generation of products they are launching.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales, South East to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow their presence in the region, driving sales strategies and expanding their market reach.

Who You Are:

  • At least 10+ years of experience selling cybersecurity software (e.g., DLP, IRM, CASB, or adjacent data security categories)
  • Experience selling a multi-product security platform, not a single point solution—able to articulate platform value and lead with a land-and-expand strategy across a portfolio of offerings
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives, leading enterprise security and networking sales teams, winning new business, and driving substantial growth in Global 2000 accounts
  • Proven ability to build and drive sales teams executing land-and-expand strategies that predictably expand accounts, culminating in being chosen as an enterprise standard
  • Demonstrated competence in engaging and developing value-based relationships with C-level executives
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, including second-line management, leading strategic software (preferably Key Account SaaS) teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to multitask, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Strategic Selling, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is constant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Located in Atlanta or Florida

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue end-user opportunities, driving interest and enablement with existing channel partners and identifying/onboarding new partners
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise security and networking software sales team, including Account Executives and Enterprise Systems Engineers
  • Drive strategy and lead the Key Accounts team to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Develop and lead the plan to significantly increase senior executive relationships with C-level executives in Key Accounts
  • Develop trust-based relationships with leaders across Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Develop pricing and product competence to play a leadership role in structuring, pursuing, and winning large, complex, multi-product deals across Cyberhaven's platform
  • Execute across all disciplines of sales management: account/territory/opportunity planning, sales methodology execution, forecasting, and professional development
  • Coach the team in a solution-based sales process spanning multiple groups within Global 2000 accounts
  • Proactively identify and address issues that inhibit growth in Key Accounts, and expand Cyberhaven's platform footprint (DLP, Insider Risk, Data Detection & Response, AI data security) in each account
  • Proactively develop key channel partner relationships at the executive level to ensure continued growth and over-achievement
  • Plan and coach prospecting campaigns with the team to ensure pipeline relative to quota for strong future revenue predictability
  • Maintain an 180-day rolling forecast, and build/manage/measure pipeline 6–12 months out
  • Lead and coach all aspects of the evaluation program/proof-of-concept with the team
  • Understand the competitive landscape and general business climate in the region
  • Continually self-teach, as formal training in emerging technologies may not exist
  • Understand and be expert in SaaS and cloud selling economics

Cyberhaven is a revolutionary data security unicorn fundamentally redefining how enterprises protect their most sensitive information in the modern AI era. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in San Jose, California, the company provides a unified AI & Data Security Platform that seamlessly combines Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), next-generation Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management (IRM), and dedicated AI Security. Under the hood, Cyberhaven goes far beyond legacy DLP tools by utilizing its proprietary "Linea AI" and deep data lineage technology. This system actively traces the entire lifecycle of every piece of enterprise data as it moves across cloud environments, endpoints, SaaS applications, and Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT or Copilot). Their primary target audience spans Fortune 500 enterprises, global financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and high-growth tech companies that need to aggressively prevent data exfiltration and insider threats without blocking legitimate employee workflows. What sets Cyberhaven apart in the fiercely competitive cybersecurity landscape is its context-aware, agentic AI approach—giving organizations absolute, real-time visibility into the origin, movement, and intent behind their proprietary data, empowering them to securely accelerate AI adoption while remaining strictly compliant.
