  • Build a predictable, scalable growth engine with strong discipline across pipeline, conversion, forecasting, sales cycles, and rep productivity.
  • Balance near-term performance with long-term growth, making thoughtful tradeoffs across segments, channels, talent, and investment.

Shape Employer Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Serve as a senior voice of the employer market, bringing buyer, competitive, benefits, and healthcare economics insights into Omada’s commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Payer on ICP, territory design, segmentation, and channel strategy across employers, health plans, PBMs, and the consultant/broker channel.
  • Evolve segmentation, account coverage, sales motions, channel strategy, value proposition, pricing, and packaging to improve market fit and growth.
  • Partner across Marketing, Product, Clinical, Design, and Commercial Operations to align Omada’s offerings and investments to the highest-value opportunities.

Lead Strategic Customers and Channels

  • Build trusted executive relationships with priority employers and C-suite buyers, and personally support the most complex, high-value deals and negotiations.
  • Coach Sales Directors and Account Executives on deal strategy, executive engagement, competitive positioning, and close planning.
  • Partner with Payer, Alliances, and Consulting Relations to expand reach through health plans, PBMs, consultants, brokers, and other strategic channels.

Build a High-Performing Sales Organization

  • Lead, develop, and retain Sales Directors and Account Executives across employer segments.
  • Build a strong leadership bench, clear accountability, and the organizational structure and coverage model required to scale.
  • Create a culture of high performance, learning, collaboration, and customer focus, evolving the organization as the market and business change.

Drive Enterprise Alignment

  • Bring the voice of the employer market into product, clinical, customer experience, and commercial decisions.
  • Partner across Product, Clinical, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Payer, and Commercial Operations to remove barriers to growth and strengthen the full customer lifecycle.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for Omada’s leadership team.

About you:

  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and cross-functional influence, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment.
  • Experience in digital health, virtual care, population health, benefits technology, health plans, healthcare services, or adjacent healthcare technology.
  • Experience in chronic condition management, cardiometabolic health, GLP-1 care, or other high-value healthcare categories.

Bonus points for:

  • An established network of executive-level relationships across the benefits, consulting, and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) sectors.
  • Demonstrated success improving talent outcomes, productivity metrics, and pipeline performance within organizations generating approximately $300 million to $1 billion in annual revenue.
  • A proven, balanced “art and science” approach to developing talent, using both strong leadership judgment and data-driven performance practices to build high-performing teams and environments.
