What Will You Do?

• Find and attract the world’s best talent for their clients.
• Utilize deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and outside-the-box strategies, to identify passive candidates.
• Embed deeply within one client at a time, understanding their culture both socially and professionally.
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders to help them understand the value of effective talent practices.
• Focus on recruiting exceptional talent across various technical disciplines.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, including experience filling niche roles.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
